Ufillin is an AI-powered content generation platform designed to help marketers and business owners create individual content or full campaigns through guided inputs—no prompt writing required.

2. Eligibility & User Accounts

• All users must register for an account. Anonymous use is not permitted.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You may delete your account at any time through your user dashboard.

3. Subscription & Payments

• Ufillin offers three pricing tiers: Free, Standard, and Premium.
• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis through Stripe.
• There are no refunds for any subscription tier, including partial usage.
• The Free plan includes limited usage with no expiration.

4. Generated Content & Ownership

• All content generated using Ufillin belongs to you, the user.
• You are free to use this content for both personal and commercial purposes.
• However, we make no guarantees about the accuracy, legality, or effectiveness of the generated content. You are solely responsible for how it is used.

5. Acceptable Use

While we do not actively moderate user-generated content, you agree not to use Ufillin to:

• Violate any local, national, or international laws;
• Distribute harmful, misleading, or malicious content;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the platform.

6. Data Storage & Third-Party Services

• We store user data using third-party infrastructure, specifically MongoDB.
• While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure.

7. Service Availability & Changes

• We strive to keep Ufillin available at all times but make no guarantees of uninterrupted service.
• Features may change, be added, or removed without prior notice.

8. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
• You may terminate your account at any time through your user dashboard.
